Welcome to the club.
An official GORUCK Ruck Club.
Rucking is a form of exercise that consists of walking with a weighted pack on. As the foundation of US Special Forces training, rucking requires strength, endurance, and character - and builds it, too.
Rucking is a great way to increase your strength and endurance while taking in nature, enjoying the great outdoors, and hanging out with friends. And the best part is, everyone can do it.
Whether you're just looking for a way to get in shape or want to add something new to your training program, rucking is the way to go.
Every Friday, we send out an email called Extra Credit. Inside this email, you'll find details on upcoming events, a little weekly insight, and a free workout or challenge to take on. These weekly workouts have become so popular, we published a book with 53 of our favorites.

The best part about rucking is that you can chat with your friends while doing it. Unlike a run club, everyone moves at the same pace while rucking -- we adjust intensity by adding weight to the rucksack, not by going faster.
And because of the slower-paced nature of rucking, you won't be huffing and puffing, unable to enjoy each other's company. There's no better way to work out and hang out than rucking.
We put on a different rucking challenge each month. These challenges are not only a great way to stay motivated and earn new patches, but they're also an incredible way to give back to your community. We donate 25% of every ruck challenge purchase to the Homes for Heroes Foundation.
Past challenges have included things like the Summer Sweat, Ruck Buddies, and Zombie Ruck Challenges. Find this month's challenge here.
A few times each year, we host events for those looking to push themselves further. These events often last 6+ hours and include some of the most difficult challenges our members have ever faced.
Past events include the Odyssey, 12 Labours, and Iditaruck challenges.
Whether you're looking for a new fitness routine, a type of cardio that's actually enjoyable, or a group of supportive, motivating people to help you on your fitness journey, the Conviction Ruck Club has something for everyone.
Join our community below and you will receive an email each Friday with workout ideas and details on upcoming events and challenges.
Welcome to the community.
Talk to you Friday :)
CAUTION: THIS BOOK WILL MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE.
Inside the pages of Weekend Discomfort, you'll find a different ruck workout for every week of the year. These workouts can be done in conjunction with any other training program you're following. Set aside a day each weekend to hammer out one of these challenges and call it your "Mental Toughness Day."
